2. Registration & Enrolment

Submitting a registration form expresses your interest; enrolment is confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable fee and acceptance by our admissions team. We reserve the right to accept or decline any registration.

3. Fees & Payment

• Program fees are displayed on the website and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added at payment.
• Fees must be paid in full, or per any approved instalment/EMI plan, before the program start date.
• We reserve the right to revise fees for future batches without prior notice.

4. Program Delivery

Programs are delivered online through live sessions, recordings, projects, and related materials. Schedules, faculty, and batch dates may change for operational reasons, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

5. Code of Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully and not to engage in plagiarism, harassment, or unlawful conduct. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, recordings, logos, and trademarks are the property of Jigyaasu or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for personal learning only and may not record, reproduce, distribute, or resell content without written permission.

7. Certificates

Certificates are awarded upon meeting completion and assessment criteria. A certificate recognises participation and learning and does not guarantee employment or specific outcomes.

8. Refunds

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jigyaasu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant program.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

To request a refund, email refunds@jigyaasu.ai from your registered email with your name, program, and batch details.

Instead of a refund, you may request a one-time deferral to a future batch of the same program, subject to seat availability and any fee difference. Deferral requests must be made before the batch start date.

4. Programs Cancelled by Jigyaasu

If we cancel or indefinitely postpone a program, you are entitled to a full refund (including GST) or transfer to another program of equivalent value.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• GST and applicable taxes.
• Payment-gateway and transaction processing charges.
• Any administrative or registration block fee, where specified.
• Fees for programs already substantially completed.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 to 21 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. EMI & No-Cost EMI

For EMI plans, refunds are adjusted against the financed amount, and any interest or processing charges levied by the financing partner are non-refundable.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@jigyaasu.ai with your registered name, email, program, and batch. We will acknowledge within 3 business days.
